We have two ways of applying:

1. Apply Online. Our online credit application is secure with 128-bit encryption. At the completion of this process applicants can expect one of two things to happen:

• You will receive an approval including rate, loan term & closing conditions
   
• Your application will be placed in a queue and will be reviewed manually by the end of the next workday.

Applicants will not be declined without the application being personally reviewed by a credit underwriter.

In either case, it is likely that applicants will be required to provide proof of their annual income prior to the loan closing.
