What you should know and expect from
a financial institution
At Excel Credit we understand our obligation
to keep information about you and your finances secure and
confidential. Our employees are bound by a code of ethics
requiring confidential treatment of customer information.
We use appropriate safeguards to protect our customers information.
Next to customer service, professionalism is one of our
highest priorities.
As a financing institution it is necessary
for us to collect and use several types of information to
help secure a loan for you. This includes, but is not limited
to; credit applications, financial statements, credit bureau
reports, verification of your income and when applicable
both personal and business tax returns. The gathering of
this information is what enables us to get a clear understanding
of what your financial capabilities are. By doing our work
before we submit your application and working closely with
our underwriting staff we can work effectively to obtain
the Financing Yourd terms that are right for you.
You should be aware, however, that there
are certain situations when it may be necessary for any
company to share information. That would be in the case
of a subpoena or other legal process, a fraud investigation,
an audit or examination. In these cases we would be required
to share whatever information was required with the proper
authorities.
We make every attempt to keep our records
current and accurate. If you should find any information
is not complete or is inaccurate in any way, please call
or write our office so that it may be addressed as quickly
as possible.
Occasionally you may receive e-mail or a
newsletter from our company with items that may be of interest
to you. If you would prefer not to receive these communications
please let us know. We will remove your name and address
from our database to comply with your wishes.
We greatly appreciate your business and look
forward to working with you.
Sincerely,
Thomas H. Bell
